I will say this. I did not see that email. I get about 250 a day, and sometimes it goes to junk mail. Either way I have paid a whole shit pile of money to the winner's of this league for a considerable number of years. This after taking over a team, maybe from the weakest pool of player's in fantasy baseball history.

To have people like myself and especially Penny not be able to draft, player's because of a player cut deadline 20 days before the season start is silly. I've had to sit through years of some of the world's slowest drafts.

It doesn't sit well at all.

I understand you perhaps didn't see the email I sent 3/13. Perhaps you also didn't see the email I sent 2/23. And perhaps you also didn't see the email Commissioner Michael sent on 2/27. Even so, there was the conversation in your cuts and call up thread on 2/28 where you indicated you weren't sure when the deadline was. Michael responded within the hour with the 3/10 date. You acknowledged his answer by thanking him.
i get you not liking it. But if we gave you a pass then what about the other three owners who missed the 3/10 deadline ? Truth be told, the way this draft has played out, I would like to drop another MiLB guy and pick up another draft pick. Should we allow that ? The best way to avoid slippery slope issues is by not taking that first step. And the whole reason we set the deadline 16 days (not 20) before scheduled Opening Day is because of the time it takes to pull together the Owned Player Lists and the excruciatingly long MiLB drafts owners in this league have had to endure in the past as you noted.
