    Those who are involved in a side bet will need to arrange their own method of payment with the person(s) they are betting with.

    THE COMMISSIONERS WILL NOT MONITOR OR COLLECT MONEY ON SIDEBETS THEY ARE NOT INVOLVED IN!!!!
